It was named Best Mystery by the Bay Area Independent Publishers, and also just took first place in the Mystery category for the 2011 National Indie Excellence Book Awards.
In addition, "Deadlines" was a finalist for a Book-of-the-Year prize given by ForeWord Reviews magazine.
